I had a terrible experience from the moment I came through the door. The radiologist was very kind and compassionate. Everyone else from the front desk staff to the nurse were condescending and outright rude. By the time I saw the PA, I was regretting ever coming. While she was pleasant enough, I had very little confidence in anyone working there (other than the radiologist) rest assure, I won't be back and will share my opinion with others. What ever happened to kindness, compassion and dignity. It surely isn't found it this place!

Kristie was professional, but warm... knowledgeable, without sounding condescending... and efficient, without making me feel rushed... overall, Kristie made my experience with Insta Ortho excellent.

Very personable and concerned with me and my pain. Good at explaining things and a kind and compassionate heart. I enjoyed her. Still have pain after injection but mostly due to other spine issues. Was able to show me my knee and the problem there. Will get additional treatment to help hopefully help me.

Kristie seemed very competent and had a good manner to explain things.

The PA was great but the office charged me for a very expensive boot that I did not walk out with. Very disorganized DME department.

Kristie was excellent, fully reviewing imaging, potential diagnoses, and further recommendations. She also stayed after closing to see my daughter. Truly appreciate her time, expertise, and caring manner.

I would give Kristie 10 stars! She listened to my concerns and complicated history, took a back X-ray and found an unexplored issue that was causing my pain. MRI scheduled next week and I finally believe pain relief is possible in the near future. Thank you Kristie and thank you OrthoAZ Insta Care!
