I saw Kristen at the walk-in clinic on Wolf River, due to a post-op complication. My surgeon was out of town, as was his PA. My condition was not her specialty, but she was able to contact my surgeon by phone and they discussed my condition and symptoms and provided a treatment. Kristen also made an appointment for me to see the surgeon's PA, for later in the week. I thought she was very conscientious and diligently attended to my needs and concerns.
Pleasant, professional, clear assessment and instructions, provided info for follow-up, if needed. Couldn't ask for more. DLM
