Kristen is an excellent PA for Rheumatology and works closely with Dr. B. I’ve never had any issues—she’s always on top of my medication refills, lab work, and managing my autoimmune conditions overall. I’ve been a patient at the PV office with AZ Rheumatology for the past four years and have consistently received the care I need without any problems.

Kristen Sharma, PA-C, is originally from Pennsylvania, but has lived in Arizona since 2011. She attended Penn State University where she studied Psychology with a concentration in neuroscience, and graduated with honors in 2003. She then moved to Boston to pursue a Master’s of Science degree in Psychiatric Rehabilitation at Boston University where she graduated at the top of her class in 2005.
Kristen has a background in counseling and the clinical management of various psychiatric disorders. She also has several years of clinical research experience in both phase II-IV pharmaceutical trials and stroke rehabilitation.
She earned a Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in 2014. She began her PA career by working in Primary Care for three and a half years, and joined AARA in 2017.
Kristen enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and all outdoor activities.
