Kirstin has been so great the last few years spending as much time as needed talking me through various issues and answering every question I have in-depth. She follows up with what she says she is going to do immediately and is friendly and professional.

My experience with Kirstin truly couldn’t have been better. From the start, she was warm, friendly, funny, and deeply engaging...making what can feel like an overwhelming process feel approachable and manageable. She listened carefully, explained things clearly, and helped problem-solve with both knowledge and compassion.
Navigating HRT can feel complex, but Kirstin guided me through it with expertise and clarity, helping me understand my options and feel confident in the process. Every question and email I’ve sent has been answered thoughtfully and thoroughly, which has made a huge difference.
Bottom line: I felt heard, supported, and completely confident that I was in very capable hands.
