I Went in after falling from a ladder. Kira and all the staff were very efficient and friendly. I was examined, x-rayed and casted up for a broken elbow. I would recommend her and all the staff. I was their first morning patient and was home 9:30 . Very satisfied and lucky it was only an elbow injury.

I feel I wasn’t heard. Kira suggested at home exercises, a knee brace, and Mobic for inflammation. She left out and the guy came back with the at home exercises on paper. I wasn’t given any suggestions on a knee brace or another option for anti-inflammatory medication.

Kira lacked sensitivity for my child. She did not seem to know how to comfort or communicate with a child. She sent me away without much hope, saying that my child needs a specialist to look at her arm because it might be broken but that it would be impossible to find someone in Lafayette, so I would have to drive all the way to Baton Rouge. I was sent out without any instruction on how to care for my child’s arm or what to do next. It was a very scary experience for my child and myself. I wish we could have been seen by an actual specialist.

Awesome appointment-first time visit but will not hesitate if I need their services.

The Physician Assistant was real nice and helpful. I had surgery and got my dressing wet, Dr Fugarino’s nurse sent me here to redress it. She even called and told them what to do and my name. I was told the wait time was 3 hours, I didn’t think I would have to wait, even the nurse could have bandaged it in the waiting room for all I cared. But no I waited nearly 3 HOURS for the to put an ace Bandage which took my maybe 3 MINUTES. I waited until the last person left. There was so reason for that someone needs to do better that’s terrible!

Kira assisted me with knee pain today. The appointment was a very anxious one for me. However, Kira held a calming conversation with me until the procedure she performed was over. My positive experience began when I called the main phone number for an appointment. When Dr. Perry could not accommodate my availability, I was directed the the instant care office on Ambassador Caffery. Once there I was greeted by a very friendly Krista. I was then treated by the wonderful Kira. Kira advised me on knee replacement recovery times and my ability to get myself to therapy etc. Thanks all around for the great service.

Receptionist and X-ray technician were very nice and kind. The PA had very poor bedside manner. Myself and my son did not like how she told us our results. We left feeling very uninformed and confused. We did not get to see the x-ray and my son was in so much pain and I wasn’t sure how to make him comfortable until his visit today with Dr. Duval. I hope not to have the same PA if we ever return. She helped us for a previous injury and we felt the same way.

Easy to talk to,great doctor

This was the best doctors visit of my life. I'm a dental hygienist, and I recognize a passionate provider when I see one! Front desk, x-ray tech, and Kira were all amazing, welcoming, and CALMING.
