Sorry but my experience with this practice was less than perfect. Where do I begin. Loved my doctor at first. Unfortunately, getting in touch with the person that scheduled my surgery was a challenge. Once I did I was told my surgery time might change, which was fine. Within 24 hours of my surgery it seemed like the surgery center and the doctors office were not in zero communication with each other. The day before my surgery I must have had at least 5 phone calls between both the surgical center and the doctors office with both giving me conflicting times of surgery then the morning of surgery I get a call telling me at 7:30am I’m suppose to have surgery at 8am which was scheduled for 1:30pm. They woke me up at 7am telling me my surgery was scheduled for 7:30am…really? This place needs to get their act together. Once I arrive, I was assured that being awake for my surgery would be zero problem which I opted for since being new to Az and not having anyone to take me for my surgery. My

I met Kim when I came in for my first post-op appointment. Prior to the appointment, I had been disappointed that I wasn't going to see the surgeon who performed the operation, but she was wonderful. She showed me the x-rays and described the procedure to me in ways I could understand. I was quite grateful to her.
