I was seen by a different provider 4 days prior who was fantastic. She gave me a boot and diagnosed me with a fracture in my right foot. She told me to come back if I had any concerns. As the days went on, my pain and swelling increased and I felt like the boot I was given was not fitting properly. So I came back and saw Kim. She “fitted” my boot for me and told me that it looked and felt better than when I came in. She was rough with my foot when she examined it, forced my ankle into a flexed position after I told her several times that it was painful. She told me “it needed to be that way” and had me stand in the boot to ensure a good fit. I told her it was very painful and she said “well it’s going to be painful for awhile, but the boot isn’t the problem it’s something you’re doing.” I was very disappointed after my visit, and felt like nothing was addressed, and I wasted my time coming back in
Ms Brown was very informative, thorough and kind.
Kim is compassionate and wise beyond her years! She is a super talentef lady.
