Kevin was very kind and explained everything well. However, there was no explanation as to why we did not see Dr. Nieman when we were told and scheduled to see Dr. Nieman. Additionally, we were not given a note to give to our athletic trainer which I did not know that I needed. It’s my understanding that this is standard practice to give, and I had to make a special trip back out there to release this information. Not necessarily Kevin’s fault that when I returned out there, this information was not given and quite difficult to get, in fact, I don’t still have it. It was refused to take care of because it was 3 o’clock and told to me that it was not able to be emailed. Additionally, I was not given a copy of his x-rays and when I asked for those, I was told I needed to pay for them and given a CD. I’m not sure what ancient technology I’m supposed to be using to put a CD in, but this also seems like something that should be emailed to a patient for an x-ray they are already paying for.
