Nice young man but never even had me attempt to do anything with a knee that was post op meniscus repair. I don’t know can I bend it or extend it?? Felt like total waste of time.

CLEARED UP ISSUE WITH MY RIGHT HIP. THOUGHT I MIGHT HAVE SHINGLES CAUSINMG LEFT ARM PAIN. THAT WAS CONFIRMED BY MY FAMILY DOCTOR IN A LATER VISIT THAT AFTERNOON.

My first impression wasn't the greatest not sure if he was having an off day, but he never smiled. He kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my pain, and he kept giving me short, fast answers. Didn't seem very friendly.

I just felt like he was restrictive on his answers. I thought I had a legitimate question when I stated that my nerve blog sprung a leak on Saturday. Anyway my question pertaining to that was “can I get a refund.” His reply, that will happen every now and then. The better answer would have been, let me look into that. Otherwise Kevin provided me with the same outstanding professional service I always receive from all members of your company.

Really had a great appt. today

Wouldn’t listen and didn’t believe I didn’t have a surgery where he Insisted I had. He kept looking for the scar in two different places. Wrist and elbow. He finally realized that I actually new about my own body.

I felt like he wasn’t informed of my reasoning being there. He had no idea that I had an MRI 2 weeks before my visit. He said the MRI wasn’t listed on the papers he had so maybe it want his fault. He did look at the MRI after I told him.
