Didn’t send perscrition in please don’t ever assign her to see me I came at 8:40 went home didn’t go to get medicine until 1:45 and there was no prescription it takes a minute to get your medicine at Walgreens the only reason I sent it there because my pharmacy which is the out patient pharmacy at Novant they said they didn’t except prescription from emerg with this being said its said that she got paid to do a job and didn’t complete the paperwork and I had to come back to your office and find out she didn’t sign off on the prescription so no i never want her assigned to me after I told this little girl I was really in a lot of pain and she made it worse when she examined me I would never refer anyone to her please let me continue to see Sarah cross please and thank you

Kennedy was excellent. She was very thorough and very pleasant. She ordered several x-rays and explain the findings. I highly recommend her.

Very personable and made me feel comfortable and prepared as I get ready for my surgery.
