Kendall Nelms, MSPA, PA-C is a North Carolina native who graduated from East Carolina University in Exercise Physiology. While at East Carolina, she was an active member of Club Sports. I love working with Kendall. It took her a minute to recognize my sense of humor. I get a bit chatty when I’m nervous and she could read me well. She is a wonderful PA to compliment Dr. C

This was my first time meeting Kendall. She is a lovely person & took her time explaining my "options" going forward. She did not rush our visit.

She came in thinking I was there for planter fasciitis…. I was there for a Morton’s Neuroma. May want to triple check the chart before coming in.

She gained prior orthopedic experience in orthopedic spine surgery before joining OrthoNC.
She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. Outside of the clinic, Kendall enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her black lab, Bella.
