Kendall Nelms, MSPA, PA-C is a North Carolina native who graduated from East Carolina University in Exercise Physiology. While at East Carolina, she was an active member of Club Sports. She later attended South University, Tampa, and earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She acted as her school’s AAPA representative while in PA school. Dr. Langston walked in with a trainee and quickly introduced both of themselves. She examined my daughter with thorough questions, took a second look with the specialists still I the office since the break(s) were hard to see, and had her had splinted. We have a follow up next week.
I’m a mom of 5 very active kids ages 7-18, and have seen our share of injury’s. We felt heard and respected.

Kendell was very nice and explained the reason for my pain. She told me to do my stretches everyday or consider PT.

I love working with Kendall. It took her a minute to recognize my sense of humor. I get a bit chatty when I’m nervous and she could read me well. She is a wonderful PA to compliment Dr. C

Didn’t see Kendall but saw Jeanette see was awesome answered all questions and took care of all my fmla forms
Kendall Nelms, MSPA, PA-C is a North Carolina native who graduated from East Carolina University in Exercise Physiology. While at East Carolina, she was an active member of Club Sports. She later attended South University, Tampa, and earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She acted as her school’s AAPA representative while in PA school. She has had an interest in orthopedics since high school and worked in orthopedics prior to attending PA school. She gained prior orthopedic experience in orthopedic spine surgery before joining OrthoNC.
She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. Outside of the clinic, Kendall enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her black lab, Bella.
