The time spent with Kendall was good and the information from her was good. I was dissatisfied with the wait time to see her. I had to wait 1 hour past my appointment time to be seen by Kendall.

Great Patient Care with my son this afternoon after he tripped at school. Everyone in the office was kind and great. Kendall Nelms was very approachable and kind to my 8 year old, explained things in terms he may understand and also was open to his questions and we left with a plan of care and a follow up appointment.

I was VERY disappointed after my appt with Ms Nelms regarding my post-op pains I’ve been dealing with and her notes that suggested I take NSAIDS for the pain. We never discussed that during my visit because if we had, she would have known NSAIDS are on my allergy list. Needless to say, I won’t be taking them but this was my first time seeing her and hopefully going forward, anything that she lists in the visit notes as having been discussed, are things ACTUALLY DISCUSSED!

Kendal made a reference that ligament tears are mostly an athlete thing. Well, at the Home Depot I lift heavy weights repeatedly 50 to 80 lbs bags 11 to 50 reps., repeated several times a week or daily. I also must push lumber carts weighing up to thousands of pounds. That is athletic level exertion. I also walk 3.5 to 6 miles a day at work.

She is an expert in her field, and I trusted her with my care and instructions for health and strength. Thank you for employing. Such a good employee. She is an asset to the urgent care patients.

My name is Blanchie, I was seen in the knightdale office on 4/11/2023, from the beginning she was observant, professional, concerned about my symptoms and very questionable about my knee, she also listen to what I had to say and how I was feeling, she will go far in her career because of the great attitude and affectionate about her job and mostly important the patients, I did put a review on the Facebook page and I added more, thanks again for the great service all staff thanks Blanchie

She went through all appropriate tests but I don't think she has the experience YET to interpret idiosyncratic nature of injury and make better recommendations to me. Gave me compression socks which did not get anywhere near injury. Was supposed to call in prescription for Naproxen but I have not heard from pharmacy a day later so there may be a misstep there. But she was concerned and conscientious.
