Kendall Nelms, MSPA, PA-C is a North Carolina native who graduated from East Carolina University in Exercise Physiology. While at East Carolina, she was an active member of Club Sports. She later attended South University, Tampa, and earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She acted as her school’s AAPA representative while in PA school. Kendall was awesome. She listened to my concerns and assured me she would get a note to my surgeon regarding those concerns. She was very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Langston walked in with a trainee and quickly introduced both of themselves. She examined my daughter with thorough questions, took a second look with the specialists still I the office since the break(s) were hard to see, and had her had splinted. We have a follow up next week.
I’m a mom of 5 very active kids ages 7-18, and have seen our share of injury’s. We felt heard and respected.

She gained prior orthopedic experience in orthopedic spine surgery before joining OrthoNC.
She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. Outside of the clinic, Kendall enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her black lab, Bella.
