Took her time and reviewed the x rays to determine treatment. I felt heard and not rushed.
Kelsey Byrd was excellent
Answered all my questions, and helped me better understand my problem. And got me in a new ankle brace that works much better. Only issue is that when she left to get the brace, I waited 35 minutes, finally stuck my head out the door, and someone else promptly brought the brace . . . But Kelsey obviously knows her stuff.
