I was referred here after dislocating my shoulder. Dr. Klein did not ask a single question about my injury or even my pain, numbness, or mobility. She didn’t examine my arm, didn’t even touch it. I have concerns about nerve damage due to my arm being out of socket for 6hrs and she passed this off as an injury that wouldn’t require PT or even a follow up. She made me feel like a child for being so concerned. Two weeks later and I have extreme pain, numbness, and limited mobility. I got a second opinion from another ortho and found out I have a far more serious situation that would have been easily noticed if Dr. Klein would have bothered to look at my chart or even ask a question or two. Do not recommend
