Ms. Billings appears to be tops in knowledge of pediatric problems. She is very nice and thoughtful. She does seem to be really pressed for time, which takes away from her ability to hear what the patient is trying to tell her.1

Kelly Billings, PA is a native of Cookeville, Tennessee. Due to her love of the area, she chose the physician assistant profession so that she could ensure she was able to dedicate her skills to the area.
Kelly majored in Chemistry and graduated with honors from The University of Tennessee. After graduation, she worked as a chemist in Memphis, Tennessee.
