Completely wasted my time. Felt totally unheard. Zero compassion. Worst bedside manner. My first AND last time seeing this so called provider. I filed a grievance with my insurance company, over my visit. I’m a thousand percent unhappy with my visit yesterday. I also left a message for the patient relations person, for KVH. I may also be reaching out to the DOH. I’m being medically failed, since I moved to Ellensburg, WA - 2 years ago, from Seattle. They’re so outdated and behind the times here. It’s pointless trying to ask for help. I kept most of my providers on the west side, thankfully. Completely incompetent and I don’t appreciate my time being wasted one bit. I wonder how many other patients are being completely let down and treated dismissively, at this practice!? I worked in a doctor’s office for over 5 years and never once saw this go on. Someone people are clearly in the wrong line of work. Kelly doesn’t care about how you’re feeling or wasting your time. I’m so disappointed
