Kelli was very knowledgeable and offered options for treatment along with her recommendation. I appreciate that she wanted to try the least invasive treatment first but also gave me opportunity for a more aggressive approach. I followed her recommendation and had a degree of relief right away and continued relief in the days to come. I'm optimistic that the conservative treatment will be sufficient to resolve my issue.

First time meeting Kelli, she was very nice, she had a smile, that I knew, it was going to be a good visit. I explained to her, what was going on with my shoulder, she then explained what all could be going on, what options we can do, then we both together talked about the each option in detail, answered my questions. I’ve seen a lot of different doctors, but Kelli, is one of that I can say, I will be comfortable to go see and talk to about my shoulder.

First, appointment was at 1445 and wasn't seen until 1540. Then she told me she was going to provide a muscle relaxer for my forearm pain when I try to use it after surgery, but it was never submitted to Walgreens pharmacy. No answer to office calls either.

It was my first time to see PA-Haworth, and I was very pleased. She was very informative about my surgery and recovery. I’ve always seen Dr Levings or PA-Hassell. Orthopaedic care is not like my personal care physician, but I had the same feeling of caring by her.

She was great, answer all my questions and help me to understand what I was looking at.

Kelli Haworth is very sharp about any and all things. My sister has aphasia and Kelli has the perfect bedside manner about herself and she helps ease my sisters medical needs! I think everyone at Southwest orthopedic is exceptional at their careers. I help my sister with most of her medical needs and she gives them a very “big thumbs up”!
