This was my first time at University Orthopedics. Kelcie was very professional. She explained everything clearly. She answered all my questions and was attentive and caring. Everyone there was very friendly. I was attended to very quickly. I had x-rays, intake info. taken, seen by Kelcie and fitted for a boot all done within an hour. That was amazing and I didn’t feel rushed! Wish I remembered everyone’s name. Thank you all for all you do!

She was so thorough, kind and caring with my 8 year old. She talked us through everything and was understanding of our impending trip out of town and worked with us to make sure we could do what was best for our situation.
Wrongly diagnosed me with bursitis went to er later that night with a ruptured need. All of the swelling was blood pooling
