I’m a 70 year old man and I came in for a cancer screening and oily scalp concerns. I haven’t had a screening in 15 years and I was told I would be given a head to toe exam. When Ms Diggs came into the room I pointed to a dark spot on my neck and Ms Diggs froze it off within 30 seconds upon entering the room, which is ok. I told her of my concerns and she made me feel like I was of no concern. Then she said she was going to do the cancer screening, she started and it took her 30 seconds to check my body. really 30 seconds! I’m 260 lbs and 6’1” tall, a large body. What a waist of my time, after waiting 15 years to have this exam that I know I really needed, knowing that I had many spots of concerns due to my age of 70. I didn’t ask for Ms Diggs the secretary at the appointment desk assigned her to me. She made me feel that I was to old and not worth the time, or possibly my Medicare insurance was not to her standards, I don’t know. I will not return again!

I wouldn’t ever consider another dermatology P.A. I’ve been using Easton Dermatology since before they opened in Salisbury. Ms. Diggs is one of their greatest assets.
