Dr. Diggs was extremely thorough and so kind. She's awesome!
Keeley was very nice, however for my $70 copay, I didn't get even 10 minutes in the room with her. I felt that she sped through my full body examination as if she was in a hurry to be done. Every spot that I had a concern about ended up being fine which is good, but it was almost so fast I questioned to myself whether it really was due to the speed of the examination. I trust her assessment, but my experience gives me a very valid reason to be skeptical. I would see Keeley again, but I would appreciate a much more thorough exam and communication about what we're looking for when trying to identify skin cancers or areas of concern.
I’m a little more science oriented than most so I’m always interested in an explanation of what is being done. I would have liked more of that
