Big variation in moods and behavior. Sometimes caring, other times seems impatient and angry. Has stated that "when you're old, you just have to accept being in pain" which feels dismissive.

While attending these programs, she participated in research about neuropathic signaling and neurologic deformities during both undergraduate and graduate school. Her graduate research was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. She was trained in orthopedic surgery at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic in Denver, Colorado and at the Reno Orthopedic Clinic. Before she went to PA school, she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a local skilled nursing facility and at Renown.
Originally she was born in Reno, but grew up in San Diego. My family comes from Elko and most of them still reside in Reno. Her hobbies include snowboarding, swimming, hunting, yoga, and reading science fiction. In the summer before PA school, she lived in Costa Rica for 6 months, where she studied Spanish.
She is particularly honored to treat chronic pain patients, because she suffer from chronic knee pain herself. She have undergone multiple surgeries and attempts at conservative treatment to manage my pain. Her experience helps her understand the psychological and physical effects that chronic pain imposes on a patient’s life. Using a multi-modality treatment approach, she hope to improve the quality of life of each patient she see.
