Does not know how to communicate with patients. Did not discuss my X-rays which were on view after they were taken. I had to inquire as to who she was as she left the room, as she did not identify herself or position and wore no name tag or other identification.She didn't ask questions about my condition and I assumed she was just sitting there with me while we waited for Dr. St. Onge to come in. The doctor did not see me even though this was my initial visit and my PCP had requested the appointment with him. She informed me I would need a MRI and said they would contact my insurance and be in touch regarding scheduling. It was a very strange and confusing encounter with someone who seemed very inexperienced in every way.
