Ms Zimmer was very thorough, very encouraging, and wanted to know more about the situation itself and how I was dealing with it personally. I felt her expertise was girded in real professionalism and the fact that she wanted to go above and beyond made me feel like I want to keep on coming back to her talents and expertise. I am glad that she was the PA for my case.
Kathy is an excellent PA. She explained, in detail, the results of my MRI and provided two options for care. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend her.
