Kathy was very thorough with me and listened very well to my concerns.
She listens to my concerns and explains things carefully allowing me to make the decisions based on the information provided she makes sure I understand everything. .. She is excellent and is able to put my mind at ease. Very approachable.
Worst care I’ve ever experienced. I have never had a provider treat me so terrible. I’m allergic to NSAIDS and can’t take steroids due to being on them twice in the last month, she said “well there’s nothing I can do to help you I don’t know what you want me to do” storms out, and slammed the door.
So thorough and no rushing. She explains things well and while very professional, she is very friendly!
I am so happy I was able to see Kathy. She is extremely thorough in her assessment. She listened to my concerns and questions. Her plan for my return to wellness should get me back to my baseline. I am grateful for this appointment.
