1 hour and 40 minutes late for a 9:30 appointment. Then sent me to do bloodwork for my appointment on October 5 and the hospital have no records for me. So I called the office and was only able to leave a message and have the call returned in 24 to 48 hours WOW not very happy!!
Great service on her part, as usual took long time to see her 85 minutes, I don’t know if anyone reads these comments or concerns cause this happens quite frequently

Your front office staff is NOT friendly. Her first question was, what’s your name? I said good morning instead and it irritated her. HIPPA laws are not followed with staff either.
