Very professional and competent. I felt very confident in her abilities
Kathryn was really nice and explained everything in great detail. I took away one star because it was an almost an hour before I saw her from my scheduled appointment time. I normally only wait 30 minutes to see someone I have an appointment with if they’re not there within 30 minutes of the timing. I walk out and let the receptionist know why I left but in this case since it was the first visit, I waited.
She answered my questions very thoroughly
She was extremely friendly and informative. Asked and answered questions and made me feel important. I really like her.
She’s the BEST!
Terrible went in for one thing and instead treated me for kidney stones and ordered a bunch of different procedures which I wasn’t there for. Very insist would not listen because I was there for incontinence not kidney stones which I had no symptoms will file a complaint with my insurance. She’s a very stubborn person. I will look for another Urology provider and I waited over an hour to see her or might’ve been a little bit more they overbooked at that place, very unhappy with them.
