Originally from Texas, Kathleen graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and then completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at UT Health San Antonio in 2017.
After graduation, she practiced in the Dallas-Fort Worth area before moving to Reno in 2020. Kathleen is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, as well as licensed by the state of Nevada. She is inducted into the National Honor Society for Physician Assistants, Pi Alpha.
Since moving from Texas to Reno in 2020, she has been exploring all the great outdoor activities Nevada offers. Camping, hiking, and skiing keep her occupied outside work, mostly accompanied by her husband and dog. Kathleen is delighted to be working with the Swift Institute team to provide exceptional orthopedic patient care and achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
