Kate has always been attentive and listens to my woo’s.
The front desk at check-in charged my credit card to the wrong person but did correct it on check out they let me sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes and never checked if I had.been seen . I had to go up to the desk and ask if the provider was running behind . They were busy talking to each other and were a little rude . I let it go . Thank you I did see my provider and she was very apologetic. Was not her fault.
