Very pleasant and professional
I haven't had the need for an orthopedic doctor before but have recently had problems with my shoulder. I gave them a call on Wednesday and had an appointment on Friday! Dr. Katherine Lochiatto was very friendly, she took all the time I needed and listened to everything I had to say.
