My second experience with Katelyn. She is very knowledgeable about the procedure of the day, including how the medication works, possible after effects and also the cost. She is extremely supportive during the procedure, asks if patient is ok, letting me know when a
‘ouchie’ may occur.
Gives excellent post procedure instructions and expectations, making it clear I can call anytime.
She is also a very nice person…easy to be around.🌹
