My second experience with Katelyn. She is very knowledgeable about the procedure of the day, including how the medication works, possible after effects and also the cost. She is extremely supportive during the procedure, asks if patient is ok, letting me know when a
‘ouchie’ may occur.
Gives excellent post procedure instructions and expectations, making it clear I can call anytime.
She is also a very nice person…easy to be around.🌹

Very knowledgeable and understanding. First time I went to her at the newer location on State Road 210. She took her time explaining some options to me reading my file from my previous technician who was equally amazing but very far from my home. After one visit, I feel very comfortable with her.
