She gained hands-on experience managing both acute and chronic medical conditions across patients of all ages. She is passionate about building strong patient relationships and providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Before becoming a Physician Assistant, Kate served as a wildland firefighter, EMT, and search-and-rescue volunteer; all experiences that strengthened her leadership skills, adaptability, and calm approach in high-pressure situations. Her background in emergency response and community service continues to shape her patient-centered philosophy of care.
