PA was very rude. Her & the receptionist both laughed at my 85 year old Dad who was having trouble going to bathroom . They didnt even try to hide their poor behavior. Health care workers should be compassionate & not make fun of the patients they're supposed to be helping. Its shameful treatment & we will consider seeking urology care at another practice, even though we've been coming there for 10+ years. I can see why Dr Chan left if this is how things have changed & not in a good way. Very unprofessional staff, disappointing. Both staff need to be held accountable & retrained on how to deal with the elderly
On the other hand the lady with the red hair was kind & caring, we Thank her for her compassionate, professionalism
