I explained all my symptoms going on with my recent foot injury, lady was very dismissive about everything I was saying not helpful at all.. very skeptical and biased about what I was saying as if I was just another workers comp case. I was genuinely concerned and scared cause I’m now having pain in my ankle due to this injury. She just brushed off everything I said and returned me back to work the following day. I just wish she had been more understanding I felt like I wasn’t heard or evaluated wasted my time and apparently I wasted hers she looked just very annoyed and unprofessional trying to go speed the process gave me a doctors note and sent me off. I got recommended to someone else who will actually hear my concerns.
She was amazing. It was over so fast and no pain!
