This was my first appointment with Karen as I previously was a patient of Dr. Freidel. I was apprehensive as I truly dislike having to switch doctors. But I was astounded when Karen entered the exam room and started talking to my wife and I.
Why? Because it was obvious she had actually taken the time to review my medical history beforehand and knew almost everything about me! I am 74 and have lived in 5 different states, so I have had many doctors and specialists, and she is the first one to have ever looked at my records before eeing me.
I look forward to being her patient for many, many years to come. Grateful health professionals are a rarity today, and I am fortunate to have another one.
