I recently had an appointment at DOCS Dermatology and my overall experience was a 5/5. Kara Roche immediately made me feel welcomed and heard. I was nervous for my appointment because 1. I had never been to DOCS Dermatology and didn’t know what to expect and 2. I had this slight fear of feeling dismissed. Kara was so attentive and thorough in explaining the options available to me pertaining to treatment/solutions. The attentiveness and open communication made my entire visit feel comfortable.
She went above and beyond. Super thorough examination, very caring, and so kind when I got lightheaded from a biopsy. Also super sweet to my 4 year old son that was with me.
