I’ve been a patient at Highlands family practice for over 20 years, Dr. Burkhardt recently took over for my Primary, Kara is easy to talk too understanding of your personal needs. After my blood was drawn the technician said I was all set and wasn’t able to take the sheet Kara gave me to complete. Instead I had to wait at the receptionist desk to return the completed sheet.

I’m a new patient and she was not friendly, seemed to be in a rush and tried to cut the conversation short many times and made me feel embarrassed to talk about my situation. I waited weeks for this appointment and felt like it got me nowhere
