Kaitlyn Taylor was very attentive to the major pain & the areas of the pain that I was experiencing. We discussed ways to address the pain. My Rx should arrive tomorrow or Friday. I am awaiting word that insurance has approved injections. I was very pleased with Kaitlyn.
