Kaitlyn was great. Not to happy with how the scheduling is. Was told to be there Monday at 8am the lady up front told me that there wasn’t any availablity that day . Maybe I was confused and went to the wrong person.
She was very understanding and compassionate. She asked questions and listened to my answers was very patient. I had a great visit with her. Would recommend her to anyone.
She was wonderfully patient, explained everything for my plan of care and the direction we were taking. She answered any questions I had and made sure I knew what was happening next with my health concern.
