She was. Very good explaining why I had pain .. and what to do .. explained the RX she was going to give me .. I was so glad I went in to see her ..
She is excellent and very professional.
Very easy pleasant experience
She was very thorough in explaining my xrays and my medication and lower back issues.
She did a thorough examination and Helped me understand the X-rays and what’s going on in my upper spinal cord. I certainly feel I can put my trust in her and know where to go for answers to my questions going forward.

Kaitlyn was very thorough, and had a lot of patience to really listen to what I needed to say. I felt completely satisfied that she had given me a few choices of the best ways we could go from where we were, and I was easily able to know what I felt was the best choice for me, and she totally agreed.. Now I have a real plan in place to keep me going until I need to make the next choice. Thank you very much Kaitlyn. I appreciate you’. I also must add that Hiew , Kaitlin’s assistant was amazing as well. He also listened to all I had to say very patiently.
