Very meticulous with diagnosis and treatment options detailing each course of action, pros and cons of each treatment and then letting me decide the way forward. Knowledge and patient care excellent.

I didn’t look at my incision until I got home, and when I did, I was a little surprised about how bad it looked. Kaitlyn didn’t remark about it, so I didn’t ask if there was anything I could do about it. I have since learned that the fold in my skin is probably due to scar tissue adhering and that it might help to massage it. I would have liked to have heard something from Kaitlyn.
