I’ve seen this provider twice now and the experience was so poor, I’ve chosen not to come back to the practice. I have never felt less heard, less prioritized, or more dismissed in my life. After spending an entire night in the ED and receiving a STAT referral back to ortho with a suggested MRI from the hospital, she refused to order the MRI STAT and instead I am left to wait 15+ days for help though I have severe pain and limited mobility. The hospital said no PT until a diagnosis as my symptoms are worsening, she said she still recommends PT even before the MRI results return. I’m not sure why any provider would receive a STAT referral and not treat an injury urgently but I will not be returning and I will be going out of my way to see a specialist who prioritizes STAT referrals with urgency. Thankfully my PCP sees how Kaitlyn Madden failed me and I am being referred elsewhere.
