I just want to end by saying with all the patients you have CAN YOU NOT FIGURE OUT SOME WAY FOR US TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT BEING DROPPED ON THE LINE, WAITING DAYS FOR A CALLBACK ETC. ITS DISGRACEFUL.
