Professional, thorough, courteous and quick.
Kaileen has a wonderful personality when she introduced herself to me. Her knowledge and expertise is phenomenal. She answered all of my questions patiently when she asked if I had any questions. Now I know that Dr. Nicholas has a wonderful PA that I can visit if he’s not available Her name is Kaileen.. (Of course sometimes he can’t be in the office b/c sometimes he’sk doing surgery at his own surgery center day in day out.) I had 2 hips replaced in 2024. One in July, the other in September. I’m so thankful for Dr. Stephen Nicholas. He and his staff changed my life. ❤️🙏
Kaileen Murray the PA at this office that I saw today was very caring and very thorough. She listened and was very sympathetic to the pinched nerve in my neck. I would definitely use her and this Office again.
