Punctuality needs improvement. Wait time was 70 minutes once I was brought to the exam room. Care was not taken for the comfort of my fractured knee by the nurse while I was waiting. I wasn't checked on for one hour. I had to get my own stoll to prop my leg on so it would remain straight because it was a patella injury. I left with my knee inflamed. Once I arrived home I needed to revert back to using the walker from using the cane. Overall it was a sad experience.
