Awesome care taker!! Best experience from a true professional
She came in and spent a whole 30 seconds with me. She sort of rudely said "ok so you're here because xyz (reading off my paperwork)...there's nothing that can be done, it's rare but can happen". I then asked if she would like to see my wrist. She simply went straight to giving me that answer without even looking at the area of concern. Not an ounce of care or sympathy. I paid $50 today for a joke. I googled more information than she gave me
I would like to see her again answered all my questions and helped me through my condition
Justine is a professional. She helped me understand the next steps of treating my arthritis. She made sure she had the right information and quickly treated my sore thumbs today.
Justine showed me where my bone was broken, assessed pain, gave options to immobilize joint, and answered my questions. She is approachable, efficient, and professional. Great appointment.
