Very nice abd helpful.
She is very thorough and takes her time to discuss all the options.
Justine was very pleasant and gave me good explanations. She also gave me additional exercises to do at home for my injury.
She was great, very informative and nice and listened
Not a nice person.
Listened; thorough exploration for root cause diagnosis; thoughtful of necessary vs unnecessary next steps to treat following exam.
Justine was professional and answered all my questions . Due to the fact , I’m not a medical professional, I still will do my own research . But , it was a pleasant experience.
Pleasant personality but technique used for cortisone injection needs practice. I have zero relief. I’ve only had one over a year ago with immediate relief.
Very smart, to the point, and gives good advice.
Told her current pain meds were not mitigating the pain, she advised I take Tylenol, which is lighter than what the hospital gave me. Front desk could not validate my social to my insurance, even though the hospital that recommended me (shoutout to Dignity Health as they rock) had no issue with validating my insurance. Wife just informed me that they perhaps needed her ssn to validate but I find it wild a place that deals with insurance policies daily couldn’t ask me for her ssn. Also this doctor is fully lacking in the personality department. I’ll deal with the pain a few more days to find a new surgeon.
