What really made my care above and beyond better than my typical healthcare engagement was the connected and fluid communication from the minute my initial call and follow up call about my health which prompted the call intake admin to reach out to Justine and find out what are the next course of action for me. And then once the intake admin received a message back from Justine, she called to relay the message about coming in. Then the next day after my office visit, I called because my symptoms were worsening and office took my message and called back quickly to relay that a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. Although my culture results wouldn’t be available for over a week, I very much appreciate how responsive the office and Justine was to my calls. I was very relieved to avoid suffering into the weekend without medication. I should have told Justine when I saw her but please share my message with her!
