Went to appointment early. Front desk did not check me in when I signed in. I waited in the lobby for over an hour with nobody even acknowledging my presence. Many patients came after and and were called back until I was the last patient in the waiting room and lunch started being delivered. Finally an MA came back and shared that they did not have space for me but she would do intake and then put me back in waiting for a room. When I shared my experience, the MA discovered that the front desk did not check me in until 45 minutes after my appointment time when I had already waited for an hour. She said they had gotten lunch delivered. I finally left without being seen since they told me they did not know when the PA would be able to get to me that day. I’m a long time member of the practice and have had two surgeries from the practice over the years. I drive a long way past other practices since I am established there. But now it seems the practice changed and I probably need a new one
