My son has special needs. Julie is wonderful and patient with him.
After seven nosebleeds with profuse bleeding in ten days, including one which resulted in an ambulance trip to the hospital emergency room, I was very anxious and concerned, especially since I had never previously had a nosebleed in my life. Julie was very professional and friendly - explained the treatment and how to avoid future nosebleeds, answered all my questions and eased my anxieties. I was very pleased with my treatment as a first time patient.
