When she entered the room you could tell she had taken the time to read all the notes in order to be up to speed on why I was there and what I have already tried for this shoulder issue. Instead of making me go over everything yet again... she had many solutions already in mind and after a great yet short conversation, we were on the same page and I was well taken care of and knew the short term plan with the long term options. I have seen many different PA in this practice and they have all been amazing... especially this one.

Appointment was at 11am and I was seen right away. Provider was great, answered my questions and didn't feel rushed at all.

Although I was pleased with my exam and Julianne was very professional, friendly, and courteous; she didn't provide me with any suggestions for pain or how to deal with the fact that I can barely walk. My MRI and follow up will be two days short of two weeks of waiting for relief.

I missed work and paid $40 for a 2 minute appointment telling me that I didn't have a tear in my knee. Could have been done by phone or email or patient portal through my PC. Also, was told to exercise but no stretches or exercises were given for my particular injury. In addition, the "no tear" was already sent to me in a written report prior to this appointment, but I was called for a follow up so I thought I should go.

Jules was very professional and responded clearly to all my questions. She explained everything in terms that I could understand and she did not rush. And, she had a great smile.
