Great . She was concise, considerate and clear communication.
Julia was great. She looked at my XaRays, checked me physically and determined I needed a shot, It worked immediately My pain was gone and I could lift my arm above my head.
Very professional and understanding
She explained everything checked my x-ray. Explained what the next step would be and help me make the appointment for the two week follow up.
stated she would prescribe a steroid, but never did. Waited on hold on the phone for over 10 minutes, multiple times. Was never able to get the steroid.
