I cannot believe that a practice as large as OAL would force a provider to break the Hippocratic Oath! I visited Urgent Care because of an extremely swollen and painful joint on my right middle finger. I could not get the ring off due to the swelling. The poor PA had to tell me YOU DONT HAVE A RING CUTTER and proceeded to force it off! I was reduced to sobs and my finger is now MORE PAINFUL AND MORE SWOLLEN than when I walked in. I am truly disgusted. This is Medical Malpractice. This is a management decision, and a terrible one!!!
