Was very pleased with my office visit. Julia was a good listener, offered a thorough explanation, and was very friendly. I would recommend her!
The Physician Assistant did an excellent job listening to my feedback, concerns, & questions regarding my current allergies to environmental and immunotherapy-related immune system reactions. However, the only issue and problem I had with today's appointment was with the long wait time-between when the CNA & the PA 1st switched out between one another to tend to my questions. It was a longer than average wait time before seeing Dr. Parkhurst. Other than that, her professionalism was great & the service from the nurse was very good as well.

Super nice. Gave off a mom energy (like she actually cared) it’s a really nice breath of fresh air to go to someone in any medical field and feel like they just want you to figure things out and get better

Took 40 mins to come in. Didn’t mention the wait. I think the visit was 5-10 mins. Didn’t really talk through much to help, just gave me paperwork.
Very kind and knowledgeable. Definitely helped me understand my options and was clear about next steps and what to expect. She validated my concerns, and never made me feel silly for asking questions.
