She then went to attend Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX where she earned a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Following graduation, she moved back to NC and has practiced in the Charlotte area since that time. She has a background in family medicine as well as infectious disease and wellness.
