Julia actually listened to my complaints, and even spoke on my behalf to my other doctor explaining why I need additional medication. NAO caught a broken shoulder that YRMC and Next Care urgent care missed on both of their X-rays. She treated me with respect, honesty, and compassion unlike YMRC, I will never go there again! Thanks so much Julia. You make a difference in healthcare, good doctors are hard to find. I really appreciate you, she didn't have to go out of her way to order more X-rays and speak to my doctor, or stand up to basically! 😚
